摘要
利用固载的磷钨酸作催化剂,对中碳链脂肪酸和甘油的酯化反应进行了研究,考察了时间、催化剂用量、酸醇摩尔比和温度对酯化反应的影响,确定其最佳的反应条件为:催化剂的用量为甘油质量的4%,反应体系的温度为初温140℃,终温160℃,残压10kPa,酸醇摩尔比为3.1∶1.反应时间为1.5h,最终酯化率可达89%.
With phosphatotungstic acid as a catalyst,the esterization reaction of medium-chain fatty acid and glycerol was studied. The effects of some reaction conditions, such as reaction time, the catalyst quantity, glycerol/acid ratio and temperature, were investigated. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows the catalyst quantity: 4% glycerol, reaction temperature: initial 140 ℃and final 160 ℃; acid/glycerol ratio: 3.1/1; reaction time: 1.5 h; residual pressure: 10 kPa. The conversion of fatty acid reached 89%.
