性畸变疣荔枝螺体内总蛋白和酯酶同工酶的比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过运用统计学和垂直板型凝胶电泳(PAGE)的方法,对受三丁基锡污染的海洋腹足类动物疣荔枝螺群体的性畸变率(IOI)和种群的性别比例(SR)进行统计计算,并且对疣荔枝螺雄性、雌性及性畸变个体体内的总蛋白、酯酶同工酶进行研究。结果表明,三丁基锡污染能导致疣荔枝螺群体的IOI大幅度提高,SR减小。同时,总蛋白电泳和酯酶同工酶结果显示,性畸变螺体体内蛋白表达量和酯酶活性趋向于与雄螺螺体相近,提示三丁基锡是导致雌性疣荔枝螺发生性畸变的主要原因,并且在蛋白表达水平上对性畸变螺体产生严重影响,使其蛋白表达量和酯酶活性趋向于与雄螺螺体相近。 This paper studies the incidence of imposex ration (IOI), sex ration (SR), total protein and Esterase Isozyme of the Thais clavigera by using the way of statistics and PAGE. The result shows that IOI of Thais clavigera were increase and the SR were reduce. In addition, the total protein expression and EST activity of imposex female Thais clavigera were closed to male with the contamination of organotin. In conclusion, the main reason for the imposex of female Thais clavigera is the contamination of organotin. It do a great effection to the imposex Thais clavigera in the level of protein expression, and in result, the protein expression and EST Isozyme activity closed to the male.
