摘要 用40个随机引物对汕头海湾疣荔枝螺雄性、雌性及性畸变不同阶段个体进行RAPD-PCR扩增。结果有10个随机引 物能扩增出清晰条带,一共扩增出170条片段,其中差异性片段40条。结果表明,差异性片段的出现与有机锡的污染具有一定 的相关性,有机锡的存在已经引起了疣荔枝螺遗传物质DNA的变化,且这种变化是随机的。 Male, female and imposex individuals in Thais clavigera from the harbor of Shantou were used for RAPD analysis with 40 random primers. It turned out that 10 primers were able to amplify clear fragments and a total of 170 products were increased, among which 40 were found to be polymorphic. The result showed that the existence of different fragments is relative with the contamination of organotin. The mutation of genomic DNA in Thais clavigera was caused by organotin and the effect is random.
