摘要
建立了半主动空气悬架1/4模型,设计了台架试验系统。该试验系统可实现空气悬架的动态模拟,并在台架上进行空气悬架的PID控制。通过不加控制和加控制在相同路面激励试验数据对比,验证了算法的有效性。
This paper presents the setting of 1/4 model of semi-active air suspension, and designs, a test System. The test system can be used to realize the dynamic simulation of air suspension. PID control algorithm is applied to the stiffness control of air suspension in this system. Through analyzing the test data with and without control on the same road input the validity and feasibility of the control algorithm have been verified.
