摘要
介绍了尼龙66造粒过程中较为常见的几种异常粒子的形状,并对这些异常粒子形成的原因进行分析。发现动、定刀间隙,上、下牵伸辊间隙,切粒水温度、流量,出料压力,切刀与牵伸辊牵引速度配合等是影响粒子外观的主要因素。
Several unusual shapes of nylon 66 particle during cutting process are presented, and the causes of these unusual shapes are analyzed. It is found that the main factors conclude the gap of cutting rotor and bed knife, the gap of up feeding roll and down feeding roll, the temperature and flow of water, the pressure of melt, and the speed of cutting rotor and feeding roll.
