摘要
针对目前最普遍采用的以原生颗粒料为原料,配以适当助剂通过螺杆进行加工的改性生产工艺,以平顶山神马工程塑料有限责任公司开发的尼龙66在线改性生产工艺为例,介绍了一种新的工程塑料改性加工工艺,该工艺可有效地改善产品的性能,简化生产工序,减少能耗,成本低,提高产品的稳定性。
A novel modifying production technology for engineering was presented with the on-line production of modified nylon 66 in Shenma Engineering Plastics Co. Ltd. as example. This technology could improve the product property, simply the production procedure, decrease energy consumption and improve the product stability.
