介绍了种皮的组成和作用,综述了采用各种技术提取种皮中的膳食纤维、抗氧化物质、色素和果胶等有效成分。种皮的综合利用对提高农产品的附加值,增加农业经济效益,减少环境污染具有重要的意义。
The component and function of seed capsule are introduced. The various technolo- gies for extracting dietary fibre, antioxidant substance, pigment and pectin from the seed capsule are summarized. The comprehensive utilization of seed capsule can improve the affixation of farm produces, increase the economy benefits of agriculture and reduce the pollution.
