摘要
小车自动入库系统采用SPCE061A单片机作为小车控制核心,采用自制圆形多角度红外接收器检测车库位置;使用步进电机打开、关闭门栏;采用PWM技术控制电机的转速,H型驱动电路控制电机的转向。基于可靠的硬件设计和抗干扰的双电源供电方案,采用稳定的软件算法,实现对小车在行进过程中精确控制,使其能准确检测光源、找出车库的准确位置而实现自动入库功能。
In this design, the controller kernel of the system is MUC SPCE061A.The detection of the storage is realized by self-made circle multi-angle infrared launch-receiver. The speed of motor is controlled by PWM and the direction for the car is controlled by class H drive circuit. The accurate control of the dolly's advancing process is based on reliable hardware design, anti-interference dual power supply programme, stable and special software algorithm. The method makes the car accurately examine the photosource, discover the garage's accurate position and go into storage.
