摘要
针对目前国内外铸件振动时效(VSR)研究中存在的问题,以梳棉机盖板为典型试件,分别利用试验模态分析技术和X射线衍射应力测量法测定试件的固有频率和宏观残余应力,较系统地研究了不同激振频率对铸造残余应力降低程度的影响.得出铸件宏观残余应力随激振频率变化的规律:激振频率不同,铸件残余应力降低程度不同,用铸件的固有频率激振可有效降低其宏观残余应力,用低阶固有频率激振降低残余应力的效果比用高阶固有频率好.设计铸件振动时效激振参数时,应优先选用铸件的低阶固有频率.
In this paper, X-ray diffraction stress measuring method and the experimental modal analysis technology are taken to measure natural frequency and residual stress of coverboard of combing machine respectively. The casting sur: face macroscopic residual stress to be reduced is changed dif- ferently with the excited frequency. The effectiveness with the casting natural frequency excitation to reduce the stress is quite obvious. The low order natural frequency's vibration effectiveness reduces the residual stress the effect to be better than the higher order natural frequency effectiveness effect. When selecting exciting vibration parameter, Low-order naturel frequency should be choosed firstly.
