摘要
基于制造企业的一般资源管理模型,建立了造船资源信息管理模型.通过信息模型的建立,从工时物量的角度对船舶制造过程中的生产资源的综合能力进行量化.以船舶生产中的工艺特征类型为基础建立设备能力矩阵,用设备能力矩阵来描述设备对各工艺特征加工能力;同时,建立零件与设备之间的特征信息匹配规则,实现生产任务对生产设备资源的能力评价计算.
This paper raises a shipbuilding resource model based on the common model of resource management for the shipbuilding enterprise. It also gives another point of view form workload time and materials. The paper researches a capability matrix which is designed to describe the manufacturing capability of the equipments for the productive tasks features. The matc- hing rule between productive tasks features and equipment fea- tures is presented, which realizes the evaluation of production resource for the productive tasks.
