摘要
采用层次分析法构建了一个较为完备的装配资源重构的评价体系模型。在分析各评价指标的内涵之后,提出采用客观自适应的熵权法,根据指标评价值的变异程度来判断各指标的信息量,进而获得各评价指标在评价中所起作用的大小(即指标的权重)的方法。引入灰色理论中的灰色关联系数作为指标的模糊隶属度,并利用模糊集合论中相对隶属度概念确定评价对象相对于理想参考值的优良隶属度,以此作为评价准则实现对各指标的评价。实例验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。
A comprehensive evaluation model for assembling resource reconfiguration based on the hierarchy analysis was proposed . After the meaning of every index was analyzed, a comprehensive evaluation approach based on entropy method and fuzzy set was proposed. According to information theory, the information entropies could be obtained by the variation degree of indexes' evaluation values, and the indexes' weights could be acquired further through the information entropies. The grey relation of grey theory was regarded as the fuzzy membership degree of every index. The membership degree of evaluation object relative to ideal reference value adopting relative membership concept was regarded as the evaluation criteria. Finally, an example was given to illustrate the availability and feasibility of the approach.
