摘要
为了探索提高常压循环流化床锅炉效率的途径,在分析了国内外循环流化床锅炉技术发展现状的基础上,研究指出超临界循环流化床锅炉结合了循环流化床及超临界蒸汽循环这2种成熟技术,兼备了低成本污染控制和高供电效率两大技术优势,技术研发风险相对较小,是循环流化床锅炉技术发展的合理选择,并提出了对我国自主研发600 MW超临界循环流化床锅炉机组的建议。
In order to explore the ways to increase plant efficiency of CFB boiler, the supercritical CFB boiler was discussed based on the analysis of CFB technology development. Supercritical CFB boilers combine the advantages of two mature technologies i. e. CFB and supercritical pressure steam cycle, for which it is of low-cost emission control and high generating efficiency. With less risk in technology development, the supercritical CFB technology can be a rational choice for the development of CFB boilers. Several suggestions were proposed for the self-development of domestic 600 MW supercritical CFB boilers.
