摘要
在对依法行政考核评价指标体系的概念、功能、特征、分类、原则和意义等基本理论问题进行论述的基础上,着重就省、州(市)、县、乡四级政府和省、州(市)、县三级政府部门依法行政考核评价指标体系的内容设置和考评等级进行了深入研究,并提出了实施依法行政考核评价指标体系的保障措施。
Based on the discussion of the fundamental theory issues including the concepts, functions, characteristics, categories, principles and meanings of the evaluation indicator system of local government＇s administration by law, the article has focused on a deep study of the contents and evaluation levels of the evaluation indicator system of local government＇s administration by law in the four levels government of province, prefecture （ city）, county and village and three levels government departments of province, prefecture （city） and county. The author has also proposed the measures to safeguard the performance of the evaluation indicator system of local government＇s administration by law.
