摘要 目的分析基于血清胱抑素C计算的GFR(CGFR)与MDRD公式计算的eGFR的相关性,评价慢性肾脏病患者CGFR与eGFR的相互关系。方法测定68例患者的血肌酐(Scr),应用MDRD公式计算eGFR,同时测定血清Cys C的浓度并计算CGFR。按K/DOQI指南CKD分期标准将患者分为5组,其中3、4期病例较少,故合并为一组分析。对eGFR与CGFR进行相关分析。结果3、4、5期CGFR与eGFR密切相关,3、4期相关系数r=0.70(P〈0.05),5期相关系数r=0.83(P〈0.05)。结论CKD 3-5期患者CGFR和eGFR密切相关,CGFR评估肾小球滤过率与MDRD计算评估的结果相符。 Objective To evaluate the correlation between GFR based on Cystatin C and MDRD. Methods Blood samples of 68 patients were collected and the concentration of creatinine and Cystatin C were measured. At the same time, eGFR based on MDRD and CGFR based on Cystatin C were calculated. 68 patients were divided into 4 groups according to the different value of eGFR. The correlation beween eGFR and CGFR was analyzed. Results The eGFR correlated significantly with CGFR in patients among group 3(r=0. 70,P〈0. 05) and group 4(r=0. 83,P〈0. 05). Conclusion In those CKD patients whose eGFR level was lower than 60 ml/min, the value of Cystatin C on evaluating GFR is equivalent to that of eGFR based on MDRD.
