摘要
目的探讨一种矫正额颞部衰老征象简单而有效的方法。方法采用额、颞部头皮发际内小切口、双层次剥离(额部:骨膜下,额肌与皮肤间;颞部:颞浅筋膜眼轮匝肌与颞深筋膜间,颞浅筋膜眼轮匝肌与皮肤间),向上提紧额肌骨膜瓣和颞浅筋膜眼轮匝肌瓣,采用多点悬吊折叠缝合内固定(额部缝合固定于骨膜;颞部缝合固定于颞深筋膜表面)。不去除头皮,待自然收缩恢复,皮内缝合。结果从2005年2月～2008年2月临床应用48例,术后随访6个月～2年效果仍满意。均获得满意的额颞部年轻化效果,又避免了冠状切口的并发症。结论小切口双层次剥离是一种安全、有效的额、颞部除皱术,既可单独应用于额部或颞部,也可额颞部同时进行手术,具有时间短、损伤小、康复快、脱发少、效果可靠等优点。
Objective To discuss an easy and effective way to redress the symptom of decrepitude in tempus and forehead. Methods To have a small cut on the surface of tempus and forehead,then doubly peel off（forehead：under periosteum,between muscle and skin; tempus：between shadow orbiculares around eyes in tempus and deeper one,between shadow orbiculares around eyes in tempus and skin）,raise and tighten shadow orbiculares around eyes in tempus and the theca in forehead muscle and bones,apply the technique of multi-suspension and stitch inside （ the forehead stitch is fixed in periosteum; the tempus stitch is fixed in the surface of the deeper tempus theea）. This surgery doesn＇t have to cut off the scalp,after the natural constriction and recovery,it stitches intraderInally. Results There were altogether 48 eases from February 2005 to February 2008, the cases were followed for from six months to two years,and the result is satisfying. All the eases received satisfying results of younger tempus and no complications of the cut. Conclusion The skill of small cut and double peeling is a safe and effective way to the surgery in tempus and forehead,it can not only be used in pure surgery of forehead and tempus,but also in the complicated surgery. This skill is better for the short time,little scathe,fast recovery,little hair drop and reliable effect.
