摘要
目的:探讨中下面部除皱术中叠瓦状荷包缝合悬吊方法应用的有效性和安全性。方法:选择我院在2013年1月-2015年10月期间收治的34例中下面部除皱术者为研究对象,术中采用可吸收缝线向垂直方向叠瓦状荷包缝合悬吊面部下垂组织,第一针行颊部面部表浅肌肉筋膜系统(SMAS)荷包缝合悬吊向头颅方向上提以重置就医者颊部和颌部组织的容量,第二针行眶颧区颧脂肪垫的向叠瓦状荷包缝合悬吊以改善就医者鼻唇沟。术后随访12个月,观察手术除皱效果、术后面部老化评分、术后并发症以及就医者满意度。结果:34例就医者均顺利完成手术,术后就医者下面部和鼻唇沟松弛均明显改善,手术前就医者面部老化评分为(2.57±0.50),手术后就医者面部老化评分为(0.94±0.43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2例就医者术后出现轻度血肿,并发症发生率为5.88%,无其他并发症;34例就医者对手术满意度为94.12%。结论:叠瓦状荷包缝合悬吊方法有助于提紧就医者面部松垂组织,恢复丢失容积,从而形成自然的面部提升效果,且手术并发证少,就医者满意度高。
Objective To study the middle and lower face except knit intraoperative imbricated pouch suture efficacy and safety of the suspension method. Methods Our hospital from January 2013 to October 2013 in 34 cases admitted during the periodof the middle and lower facial wrinkle surgery patients as the research object, intraoperative use absorbable sutures to vertical imbricated pouch suture suspension drooping facial tissue, the first line needle cheek facial superficial musculoaponeurotic system (SMAS) pouch suture suspension to head in the direction to reset the capacity of the cheeks and jaw organization, the second line needle orbital zygomatic area of zygomatic fat pad to imbricated pouch nasolabial sulcus suture suspension to improve the medical treatment. Postoperative follow-up for 12 months, anti-wrinkle effect observation surgery, postoperativefacial aging score, postoperative complications and patients satisfaction. Results 34 cases of patients were successfully completed surgery, postoperative patients with facial and nasolabial sulcus relaxation were significantly improved, beforesurgery patients for facial aging score (2.57±0.50), patients after surgery for facial aging score (0.94±0.43), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); 2 cases who appeared mild postoperative hematoma, the incidence of complications was 5.88%, no other complications; 34 cases of patients satisfaction of surgery was 94.12%. Conclusion Imbricate pouch suture suspension method help patients facial sagging organization and recover lost volume, thus forming a natural facial promotion effect, and a little surgery and issuance, patients' satisfaction.
