水力纠偏射流压力损失理论建模与数字计算 被引量:1

摘要 以全新的煤层气增产技术(近水平孔水力纠偏技术)为基础,根据流体力学理论的连续性方程、伯努利方程,对其钻具设计与施工中关键的压力损失问题进行了深入探讨和分析;建立了从钻具至钻头的射流压力损失模型,并使用可视化编程软件VB6.0编写了该模型的计算程序,部分参数取值采用了精度比较高的抛物线插值法;最后通过工程实例对模型及其数字计算程序进行了验证。依据射流压力损失公式和程序进行设计计算与施工,获得了最优的水力纠偏效果。 Based on the introduction of the novel stimulation technology(hydraulic near-horizontal well-straightening technology)for coalbed gas reservoirs,through in-depth study and analysis on the design of the drilling tools and the pressure loss caused during operation,the pressure loss model for jet stream between the drilling tools and the bit was established according to continuity equation and Bernoulli equation of fluid dynamics.And corresponding programs for this model were compiled by using the Visual Basic 6.0 in which some parameters were obtained by using parabola interpolation method with higher precision.The model and the programs were verified by actual engineering cases which indicated that the application of jet pressure loss equation and programs in design and operation could result in good hydraulic drift-correcting effects.
