摘要
普光气田是中国石油化工集团公司重要的油气勘探战略接替区。该地区由于地质构造复杂,地层倾角大,地层自然造斜能力强,严重制约了该地区勘探目的的顺利实现。为了在普光气田P103-2井施工中充分利用地层自然造斜规律,在普光气田地层自然造斜规律研究的基础上,对P103-2井的钻井施工方案(如造斜点、井身剖面、钻井参数等)进行了精心优化设计。现场实钻结果表明:P103-2井根据实钻的井身轨迹合理调整造斜点、井身剖面和钻井参数,充分利用地层的自然造斜特性,尽量减少定向或扭方位等工作,从而达到了提高钻井速度的目的。
The Puguang gasfield is an important strategic oil/gas exploration area for SINOPEC. Realization of the exploration objectives for that area are severely restricted due to the complicated geologic structures, high formation dip, strong strata self-deflecting trend, etc. In order to take advantages of the strata self-deflecting capability when drilling the well P103-2, careful optimization of the drilling program for the well (such as selection of kickoff point, hole profile, drilling parameters, etc.) was conducted. The actual drilling results demonstrated the kickoff point, hole profile and drilling parameters were adjusted properly according to the actual drilling trajectory, the orientation and azimuth correction were minimized after taking advantages of the strata self-deflecting rule, and the ROP was ultimately improved.
