摘要
氮气置换技术是天然气管输运行前气体置换方法中一种既能克服安全隐患又能保护环境的好措施。分别介绍了分段置换、整体置换、加隔离器置换和不加隔离器置换等4种氮气置换方法,并列举了各种方法的适用范围。此外还叙述了注氮操作参数的确定,包括温度、压力、注氮点和注氮量以及天然气推进速度,并以华航线和华新线的大修工程为例作了详细说明,最后列出了进行氮气置换时应注意的事项。
Nitrogen replacement technology is a kind of good measure which can both overcome the hidden trouble in safety and protect the environment before natural gas pipeline running.This paper respectively introduces on the nitrogen replacement methods such as subsection,overall,adding isolator and without isolator replacement.In addition,it also talks about the parameter determination of nitrogen injection operation,including temperature,pressure,nitrogen injection point,nitrogen injection rate and advancing velocity of natural gas, which is explained in detail taking the workover engineering of Huabang Line and Huaxin Line as an example.At last,it lists the announcements when replacing nitrogen.
