摘要
通过对氮气隔离置换与清管器隔离组合衍生出的4种常用管道投产置换方案的比选,确定安济天然气管道投产采用无清管器的氮气置换方案,并从注氮方案及其流程、注氮参数及其监测点分布、注氮安全措施等方面分析论证了该清管方案的技术先进性、安全可靠性和经济性等优势。
The comparison on the gas displacement programs of gas pipeline commissioning is made.The 4 gas displacement programs coming from a combination of nitrogen separation and pigging separation are analyzed to determine an available nitrogen separation program for the commissioning of Anping-Ji'nan Gas Pipeline(255 km in total length,711 mm in diameter).The demonstrations in nitrogen injection procedure and its process,the parameters of nitrogen injection and its distribution of survey points and safety operation steps are made,which is characterized by advantages in technology,safety and reliability and economy.
