明暗不同环境下近视及散光眼视觉质量与高阶像差Zernike系数间的关系 被引量:2

The correlation of visual performance with higher-order aberration in myopia and myopic astigmatism

摘要 目的探讨在明、暗环境下近视及散光眼视觉质量与高阶像差Zernike系数间的关系。方法对123例受试者单眼进行研究。利用Itracy波前像差仪测量像差;分别在明、暗环境下测量对比敏感度及100%、25%、10%、5%四种对比度视力,同时用puillometer测量相应瞳孔大小。分析所有受试者相应瞳孔大小下的高阶波前像差的Zernike系数和对比敏感度函数曲线下的面积(AULCSF)、不同对比度视力(MFVA)间的关系。结果在明、暗环境下,AULCSF与C12相关(P<0.05);25%、10%、5%对比度视力均与C12相关(P<0.05),100%对比度视力与C12无关(P>0.05)结论在明、暗环境下,影响视觉质量的主要是球差。 Objective It has been shown that visual performance and aberration are related to pupil diameter. This study was to investigate the correlation of visual performance and high-order Zernike aberration under corresponding pupil size in light and dark background in the patients with myopia and myopic astigmatism. Methods 123 right eyes of 123 subjects with the spherical equivalent refraction (SE) from -0. 5 D to - 10.00 D were investigated in this study, hracy wavefront aberrometer was used to measure the aberration. CSV-IOOOE and MFVA-100 were used to measure the contrast sensitivity and 100% ,25% , 10% and 5% contrast vision acuity under the light and dark background respectively, and pupil size in corresponding condtions was recorded. The high-order Zernike aberrations were calculated. The area under the log contrast sensitivity function (AULCSF) was calculated based on the data obtained with the CSV-IOOOE sine wave grating chart. The relationship between Zernike aberrations, AULCSF and multi-function vision acuity (MFVA) under the light and dark background were analyzed. Results Multipe linear regression analysis revealed that in the light background,spherical aberration was associated significantly with 25% , 10% , 5% contrast vision acuity (R^2 =0.046,P1 =0.017;R^2 =0.064,P2 =0.005;R^2 =0.091,P3 =0.001) and AULCSF (R^2 = 0. 06, P = 0. 006) but was not 100% contrast vision aueity ( R^2 = 0. 006 ,P 〉 0. 05 ). In the dark background, spherical aberration was associated significantly with 25% , 10% ,5% contrast vision acuity ( R^2 = 0. 034, P1 = 0.04 ; R^2 = 0. 096, P2 〈 0. 001 ; R^2 = 0. 1, P3 〈 0. 001 ) and AULCSF ( R^2 = 0. 059, P = 0. 007 ) but was not 100% contrast vision aueity ( R^2 = 0. 022, P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The main factor affecting visual quality in the eyes with myopia and myopic astigmatism is spherical aberration under the light and dark environment.
