摘要
2007年7月29 30日,河南西北部山区出现了连续两天的暴雨、特大暴雨天气,部分地区出现重大灾情。分析结果表明:大尺度环流背景,尤其是副热带高压的增强、减弱对天气过程的形成和结束影响极大,中低空切变线以及副高外围的西南急流是造成强降水的有利条件,而本地区的特殊山地地形造成的抬升作用也是此次暴雨的主要成因。
Continuous heavy rain and extraordinary storm happened in the northwest mountain area of Henan province, partly seriously stricken, on 29, 30 July, 2007. The result indicates that the large-scale weather situation especially the reinforcement and weakening of the subtropical play an impotent role in the beginning and conclude of the process. The favorable conditions of this process are the shear line of the low-level and the southwest jet stream of the subtropical high periphery, and the lifting effect caused by the special montane landform is also the main cause of this process.
