摘要
建立了适合除草剂二氯喹啉酸的毛细管电泳检测方法。其最佳检测条件为:100mmol/L三乙胺-乙酸缓冲液作为背景电解质溶液(pH=5.5),反向电场强度为340V/cm,电泳温度30℃,进样3.44kPa×5s,紫外检测波长200nm。本方法具有分离效率高、分析速度快、样品和试剂用量少等优点。
Capillary electrophoresis was used for the analysis of quinclorac in this study. By optimizing the conditions,a method of using capillary electrophoresis to detect quinclorac was established. The optimum detection was achieved for quinclorac under the conditions as follows: 100 mmol/L triethylammonium acetate buffer(pH = 5.5)as backgroud electrolyte,reverse field strength of 340 V/cm, temperature of 30 ℃, sample concentration of 50 mg/L, injection(3.44 kPa × 5 s) and UV detection wavelength of 200 nm. Compared with HPLC, capillary electrophoresis has the advantages of higher efficient separation, rapider analysis and less amount of sample and reagent.
