Analysis of 75%Mefenacet and Bensulfuron-methyl Wettable Powder by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 采用高效液相色谱法对75%苯噻酰草胺·苄嘧磺隆可湿性粉剂中苯噻酰草胺和苄嘧磺隆有效成分含量进行测定.该方法选用Synergi Polar-RP 80(250 mm×4.6 mm,4μm)色谱柱,以甲醇∶水=85∶15(V/V)为流动相,在紫外吸收波长237 nm下进行测定.结果显示:苄嘧磺隆和苯噻酰草胺的保留时间分别为6.6 min和7.6 min,线性相关系数分别为0.9990和0.9995,平均回收率分别为102.57%和110.49%,变异系数分别为1.26%和0.44%,该方法操作简单,快速准确,可广泛应用. A method to determine the active ingredients of mefenacet and bensulfuron-methyl in 75%mefenacet and bensulfuron-methyl wettable powder by high performance liquid chromatography was established.This method was carried out by adopting the Synergi Polar-RP 80(250 mm×4.6 mm,4μm)column,with methanol-water(volume ratio 85∶15)as the mobile phase,237 nm ultraviolet detection wavelength.The results show that:the retention times of bensulfuron-methyl and mefenacet were 6.6 min and 7.6 min respectively,and the linear correlation coefficients for mefenacet and bensulfuron-methyl were 0.9990 and 0.9995 respectively,the average recovery rates were 102.57% and 110.49%,the variation coefficients were 1.26%and 0.44%respectively.This method is simple,fast and accurate,and can be widely used.
