摘要
减轻学生课业负担、实施素质教育的要求由来已久,但在实践中并未取得理想效果、达到预期目的。究其原因,既有一定的社会民众心理的影响,也有学生人身安全、学校物质条件、教师行为选择等学校层面因素的制约。不能正确理解并合理引导这些制约力量,素质教育便不可能顺利实施。
The requirements of reducing the academic burden of students and the implementation of the quality education were raised for a long time, but during the process of practice it did not achieve an ideal effect and the expected goals. The reasons are not only the certain social and psychological impact on people, but also constraints of school level factors such as personal safety of students, school material conditions and teachers' choices. If we can't correctly understand and properly guide these constraints force, quality education will not be successfully implemented.
