摘要
通过对河南省16所样本高校的问卷调查分析,发现我国普通高校德育教师队伍专业化程度很低。表现为在岗德育教师受过本专业训练的人数少,队伍不稳定,社会声誉不高,准入制度不健全,研究能力不强。因此普通高校德育教师的专用性差,德育效果不理想。原因是高校重视德育工作,但不够重视德育教师队伍建设;教师过于偏重课堂教学而不重视与学生的沟通交流。
By analysis on questionnaire survey of 16 samples higher education institutes (HEIs) in Henan province, it is found that the specialization degree of moral teachers in ordinary HEIs is very low, which is embodied in these aspects: small number of teachers in post having professional training, low team stability, low social reputation, inadequate access system, and weak research ability, and these lead low specialization of moral teachers in ordinary HEIs and weak moral education effect. To reasons, that is, HEIs do not pay full attention on the construction of moral teachers though they value the work of moral education, and teachers lay particular stress on teaching and neglect the communication with students.
