摘要
目的:探索8周游泳运动和葛根素干预对雄性2型糖尿病大鼠脂肪组织RBP4蛋白表达的影响,及其与胰岛素敏感性的关系。方法:通过高糖高脂肪食物喂养结合小剂量链脲佐菌素部分破坏胰腺的方法建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型,采用Western blotting法、放射免疫法等方法观察游泳运动和葛根素干预对大鼠附睾脂肪组织RBP4蛋白表达和胰岛素敏感的影响。结果:糖尿病游泳组、糖尿病葛根素组和糖尿病游泳、葛根素联合应用组附睾脂肪组织RBP4蛋白表达较糖尿病组分别显著下调,HOMA-IR明显降低(P<0.01);RBP4蛋白表达与HOMA-IR呈正相关(r=0.977,P<0.01);结论:游泳运动和葛根素干预能够降低2型糖尿病大鼠附睾脂肪组织RBP4蛋白表达,提高胰岛素敏感性。
To investigate the influence of swimming and Puerarin on RBP4 protein exepresion in adipose tissue and insulin sensitivity in type 2 diabetes rat. Methods： Male SD rat modds with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus were established through feeding with high carbohydrate diet with high fat and injecting low dose of streptozotocin. Western blotting and RIA methods were applied to display RBP4 protein expression and insulin sensitivity. Results： RBP4 protein expression in epididymal adipose and HOMA- IR in swimming group and swimming combine with Protein group were observably lower then those of Type2 Diabetes group. Conclusion： Swimming combine with Puerarin can reduce RBP4 protein expression in epididymal adipose of type 2 Diabetes rats,and improve insulin sensitivity.
