摘要
报告25例颅内静脉窦血栓形成病例,其中14例进行了头颅CT扫描,仅5例有异常改变。17例行头颅MRI检查,13例有异常改变。DSA检查共22例,均表现为静脉窦不显影或狭窄,循环时间延长9s以上。提示蝮蛇抗栓酶介入性灌注溶栓治疗结果较常规治疗效果好。
Twenty five cases of intracranial sinus vein thrombosis were reported.Only 5 cases had abnormal changes on computed tomography (CT) scan in 14 cases whereas the other 9 cases were comfirmed by digital subtraction angiography (DSA).Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI) showed nonflowing intravascular blood of regional venous sinus disappeared with striped long T 1、T 2 image in 13 patients out of 17 and 4 patients who were normal on MRI were diagnosed as left transverse sinus thrombosis by DSA.We concluded that the DSA(n=22) was characterized by no filling or occlusion sinus vein and delayed time of filling (>9 seconds )maybe a golden criteria for the diagnosis of intracranial sinus vein thrombosis.The efficacy of the conventional therapy,Botrops antithrombolic enzyme and urokinase intercurrent perfusion were compared and showed botrops antithrombotic enzyme intercurrent perfusion was better than that of the conventional therapy whereas urokinase therapy may be the best way for its safety and efficiency.
