摘要
采用低温烧成工艺研制低压电瓷,在配方中添加复合助熔剂,探讨不同烧结温度样品的微观结构及烧结性能,采用XRD及SEM表征各样品的晶相结构及显微结构。结果表明:1210℃烧结的样品各项性能指标最好,其莫来石固溶体含量达到80%,莫来石晶体发育完整、相互交织,对应的烧结性能指标为:气孔率0.356%,体积密度2.384g/cm3,吸水率0.236%。
Low voltage electric porcelain was prepared by low-temperature sintering technique. Compound fusion was added into the prescription, and the influences of differents temperatures on microstructures and sintering properties were discussed. XRD and SEM were used to characterize the microstrucutures and crystalline phases. Results show that sample sintered at 1210℃ has the best properties, in which, mullite content is 80%, and its crystals are developed mature and interlocked like a network, the corresponding properties are porosity: 0.356%, water absorption:0.236% and bulk density:2.384g/cm^3.
