摘要
研究了热压温度、板坯含水率、板坯密度对周期式压机的闭合压力及板坯传热的影响,结果表明,板坯密度对快速闭合的周期式热压机的闭合压力有显著影响,而其他两因素影响较小。对板坯1/4厚度层温度达到100℃所需时间的最大影响因素是密度,其次是温度和含水率;而对1/2厚度层温度达到100℃所需时间的最大影响因素是热压温度,其次是含水率和密度。
The effects of hot pressing temperature, moisture content and mat density on the closed pressure of the cyclical type press and the heat transfer of mat were studied. Result indicates that the mat density has significant influence on the closed pressure, but hot pressing temperature and moisture content have little influence. Mat density has a biggest influence on the time required by the mat when the temperature of the mat at 1/4 thickness up to 100 degrees C, next is hot pressing temperature and moisture content. While hot pressing temperature has a biggest influence on the time required by the mat when the temperature of the mat at 1/2 thickness up to 100 degrees C, next is moisture content and mat density.
