摘要
介绍了一种全新的生化实验教学模式——“小老师”制度,从“小老师”的组队、学生预备实验的完成和实验教学的进行等环节介绍了新实验教学模式,并论述了新模式在完成老师工作、培养学生及“小老师”自身综合能力培养3方面的优势。该教学模式也是充分利用有限的实验资源,培养尽可能好的学生的有益尝试。
This article introduces a new experimental teaching mode "little teacher" mode, and further discusses its great benefits, such as the improvement of "little teacher" comprehensive qualities, fully taking care of students and release of teacher. After 9 year's practice, the mode plays and important role in cultivation of practice ability and innovative abitity for students. Moreover, the mode is also a good example of using limited experiment resources to cultivate excellent students as possible as it can.
