摘要
介绍近年来该院生化实验教学改革中提出的"小老师"制度,论述了"小老师"制度中老师与学生作用的三重涵义,即老师与学生的多角色作用,"小老师"是老师与学生的桥梁与纽带,"小老师"制度中老师与学生的作用的影响;同时介绍了"小老师"制度的一些具体做法及部分成效,其可操作性对实验教学改革有很好的借鉴作用。
This article described little teacher mode, and some specific and practical methods and effects of little teacher mode, also it discussed the roles of teachers and students in the reformation of biochemistry experiment, which included three main points: multiplicate roles of teachers and students, pupil teachers are the bridges of teachers and students, the effects of the roles of teachers and students in the reformation of biochemistry experiment. Because of the mode' s maneuverability, it can be a good model for the reformation of experimental teaching.
