摘要
随着社会的发展,我国的城市生活中的危机问题日益显现出来。在面对风险的时候,政府服务民众的责任意识显得尤为重要。这一责任意识,有时更多地体现在政府事前、事后的危机管理之中,成为政府"善治"的标志。
With the development of society, the crisis of city life in our country reveals increasingly. The government＇s responsibility awareness of serving for the public is particularly important when being faced with crisis. The responsibility awareness, sometimes reflected more frequently in the crisis management before, or after the accident, which is regarded as the indication of ＂good governance＂.
