摘要
始业教育作为新生入学后的"第一课",是高等院校为了让大学新生尽快的适应大学生活而进行的准备性教育。始业教育对于培养新生的环境适应能力,缩短角色转换的适应期,使之尽早融入到大学生活起着非常重要的作用。本文结合大一新生的特点,对始业教育内容、组织实施和教育队伍构建进行了探讨。
As the first lesson after entrance, the introduction of university life is a preparing education for the students of higher vacational college to adapt university life quickly, it plays important role in promoting adaptation ability, shorten the period of role-transmission. This paper discusses it from angles of its importance, contents and implementation, based the charactaristic of students from higher vacational college.
