我国的情报事业已经走过了半个多世纪的历程。为了更好地构建情报学理论大厦,促进我国情报事业的发展,刘植惠教授从情报学理论大厦的发展战略、哲学基础、基本框架、学科结构、技术支持和人才保障6个方面对情报学理论大厦的构建作了描绘,其描绘的宏伟蓝图气势恢弘、雄伟壮观,对于情报学理论大厦的构建是非常重要的,也是完全可行的。
