摘要
辅导员在高校学生管理工作中的作用是至关重要的,如何应用激励机制激发、调动辅导员的积极性是当前学校管理工作面临的一个重要课题,本文对辅导员群体的现状进行深入分析,并提出激励机制在辅导员管理应用中应注意的几个原则。
It is eciential the counsellor manages effect in working in colleges or universities student. It＇s an important subject in how to apply arouses, and mobilizes counsellor＇s enthusiasm facing the current school manages. The main points of the article go deep into analysis on the current situation of counsellor groups, and bring forward several principles of incentive mechanism which showd be paid attention to in managing application in counselor.
