摘要
目的:了解某三甲医院门诊急诊处方质量。方法:按照《处方管理办法》要求,从该院2007年12月第1周中门诊急诊处方中系统随机抽取100例患者处方,对处方指标及处方质量进行点评,从同期门诊急诊就诊患者随机抽取30名患者,获取关怀指标。运用Excel 2005录入、SPSS15.0数据处理。结果:该院处方质量总体不高,所抽取的100例患者122张处方中,合格处方45.10%,不合格处方主要表现在处方不完整、不规范、不合理。结论:重视处方质量,通过定期点评,及时发现问题,制定干预措施,不断规范处方行为,逐步提高合理用药水平。
Objective: To know the quality of the prescriptions from the outpatient clinic and emergency department in a 3A grade hospital. Method: According to Good Practice on Management of Prescriptions, the prescriptions of 100 patients were selected randomly and systematically, and the prescription indicators and their qualities were evaluated. During the period, 30 patients were selected for the care indicators. The data were input by EPI 6.04 and analyzed by software 15.0. Result: The quality of prescriptions in the hospital was not good because their qualified rate was only 45.10% of 122 sheets from the 100 cases. The defects included incompleteness, irregularity and irrationality of prescriptions, etc. Conclusion : It is suggested that attention' should be paid to the quality of prescriptions to find problems in time, work out some intervention measures and improve the level of rational drug use.
