摘要
目的:了解喹诺酮类药物致过敏性休克的情况,为临床用药的安全性提供参考。方法:通过检索1994年～2003年国内公开发表的51种医药期刊中有关喹诺酮类药物致过敏性休克报道58篇,并对病例进行统计分析。结果:10年中喹诺酮类药物致过敏性休克病例63例,其中导致死亡1例。结论:喹诺酮类药物无论注射或口服,均可导致过敏性休克,若抢救不及时将危及患者生命,提醒医护人员、患者及家属在使用此类药物时一定要引起高度重视。
Objective: To know about the matter on the anaphylactic shock caused by quinolone series, so as to provide references for drug application clinically. Method: Literatures were retrieved from domestic medical journals from 1994 to 2003,and the 58 pieces of reports on the anaphylactic shock caused by quinolone series which are published on the 51 kinds of domestic medical periodicals,in addition to carrying out statistical analysis on some clinical cases. Results:There were 63 cases of anaphylactic shock caused by quinolone series,among which one case led to dead. Conclusion: Quinolone series all might lead to anaphylactic shock whenever injected or taken orally,and if saving were not in tlme, it would do harm to the lives of patients, which remind medical professionals,patients and their families of paying most attentions while applying this series of drug.
