摘要
目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-9)在复发性阿弗他溃疡中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化和RT-PCR方法分别检测56例复发性阿弗他溃疡患者口腔黏膜组织中MMP-9的表达。结果:复发性阿弗他溃疡患者中MMP-9的表达明显的高于正常口腔黏膜组织,且重型患者的表达明显的高于轻型和疱疹型患者。结论:MMP-9的表达在复发性阿弗他溃疡患者中明显增高,提示其可能参与了病理过程。
Objective ：To explore the expression and significance of MMP-9 in recurrent aphthous ulcer （RAU）. Methods ：The expression intensity and distribution of MMP-9 were examined by immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR in 56 cases of recurrent aphthous ulcer patients. Results：The expression level of MMP-9 in RAU patients was higher than that in the normal group（P 〈0.05） ,and the level of MMP-9 of severe RAU patients was significantly higher than that of patients with moderate and mild RAU（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The level of MMP-9 in RAU patients is significantly increased, which indicates that MMP-9 may play a role in the pathogenesis of RAU.
