摘要
制备不同CaO/SiO2比率的富铅渣,在实验室竖管炉中用石墨坩埚进行还原反应对比试验研究。结果表明,不同CaO/SiO2比率的富铅渣在不同温度条件下与碳反应,在800℃时,气体生成量随CaO与SiO2比率的增加而逐渐地增加,在1 200℃时,不同CaO/SiO2比率渣样的气体生成量趋于相同。
Lead-rich slags containing different CaO/SiO2 ratio have been prepared in laboratory. Reduction experiments have been conducted in a vertical tube furnace using graphite crucible to compare the different behaviours of lead-rich slag containing different CaO/SiO2 ratio at different temperature from the reaction with carbon. It was found that at 800℃ the gas evolution is increased with increasing CaO/SiO2 ratio in slag, and at 1 200℃ the slags with different CaO/SiO2 ratios tend to have the same gas volume evolved.
