摘要
研究了云南锡业股份有限公司硫酸铜生产工艺中砷的富集问题,其生产过程中产生的高砷母液含有约60g/L的As、50g/L的H2SO4和70g/L的铜,实验将高砷母液配酸至100g/L,液固比为4∶1,在85℃温度下循环浸出隔膜铜渣,加入试剂A沉淀溶液中的砷,砷与试剂A中的M元素相互作用生成MAsO4沉淀,控制返回浸出液中M的浓度为2.5g/L时,可使浸出液中的砷降低为30g/L,使砷不会在酸浸液中富集,为实现利用高砷母液生产硫酸铜寻找到一条经济有效的途径。
Several removing arsenic methods for solving the enrichment of arsenic in the leaching solution of the calcine,which comes from Yun Nan Tin Corporation Limited are researched.The solution containing 60 g/L of As,50 g/L of H2SO4,70g/L of Cu.At 85℃,the arsenic of the solution can be removed by neutralizing with the copper calcine in the condition of 110g/L of H2SO4 and the liquid-solid ratio is 4∶1.The arsenic will not enrich in the leaching liquor in which have additive reagent A and the arsenic concentratio...
