摘要 目的:建立荜澄茄中棕榈酸、油酸和亚油酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用毛细管气相色谱法,甲酯化后测定荜澄茄中棕榈酸、油酸与亚油酸的含量。采用 DB-17弹性石英毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25 μm)为分析柱;程序升温:起始温度170℃,以5 ℃·min^(-1)升至250℃,保持10 min;进样口温度:250 ℃;检测器温度:250℃;流速:1.2 mL·min^(-1);分流比为100:1;柱压:98.3 kPa;载气:氮气。结果:棕榈酸线性范围为0.040~0.400 mg·mL^(-1);平均回收率(n=3)为98.3%~102.3%,RSD≤2.0%。油酸线性范围为0.067~0.584 mg·mL^(-1);平均回收率(n=3)为97.6%~102.2%,RSD≤4.1%。亚油酸线性范围为0.099~0.869 mg·mL^(-1);平均回收率(n=3)为95.7%~99.3%,RSD≤1.1%。结论:本法灵敏、准确,重复性好,可以作为荜澄茄的质量控制方法。 Objective:To develop a method for the determination of palmitic acid, oleie acid and linoleic acid in Litsea cubeba (Lour.)Pers. Methods:The sample was determined with capillary column DB - 17 (30 m×0.25 mm, 0.25 μm)by GC. Temperature programs was 170 ℃ programmed to 250 ℃ at 5 ℃ · min^-1 for 10 min;the injector temperature was 250 ℃ ;the detector temperature was 250℃ ;the flow rate was 1.2 mL · min^-1 ;split injection was conducted with split radio of 100:1 ;the column head pressure 98.3 kPa. Nitrogen was used as earner gas. Results: Palmitie acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 040 - 0. 400 mg·mL^-1 ( r = 0. 9995 ) and the average recoveries(n =3)were 98.3% -102.3% , RSD ≤2. 0% ;oleie acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 067 - 0. 584 mg · mL^ - 1 ( r = 0. 9999 ) and the average recoveries ( n = 3 ) were 97.6 % - 102.2 %, RSD ≤4. 1% ;linoleic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 099 -0. 869 mg · mL^-1( r = 0. 9997)and the average recoveries ( n = 3 ) were 95.7% - 99.3% , RSD ≤ 1.1%. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, simple and accurate for the determination of palmitic acid, oleie acid and linoleic acid in Litsea cubeba ( Lour. ) Pers.
