摘要
研究了黑曲霉固态发酵啤酒麦糟生产单细胞蛋白的适宜条件。在麦糟中加入质量分数为０．０４％的ＮａＡｃ和０．０５％的ＫＨ２ＰＯ４，调ｐＨ４～５，在３０℃培养４ｄ，可使黑曲霉较好生长。在麦糟中接种黑曲霉２４ｈ后，再接种木霉进行混合培养，可提高菌体单细胞蛋白产量。
Culturing singlecell protein in spent brewer's grains is studied. The suitable conditon for the Aspergillus niger growing is obtained: adding 0.04% NaAc and 0.05% KH2PO4 in spent grains, at initial pH4～5 and culturing 4 days at 30℃. The mixed culture of inoculating Trichoderma koningi after Aspergillus niger inoculated for 24 hours improves the cell production.
