摘要
从湖北省32种植物上取受根结线虫(Meloidogyne spp.)危害的根和根围土壤64份样品,采用3种方法分离,经过筛选测定,获寄生能力较强的真菌2株,室内凹玻片和琼脂平板法测定结果表明,对卵的校正寄生率分别为78.04%和70.02%;室外盆栽测定的寄生率分别为72.37%和65.65%,供试卵有效孵化率为5.02%和8.32%,对照卵为100%。4%土重的棉籽壳真菌制剂能有效控制根结线虫第一代卵量,有效用量的10倍菌剂盆栽测定对植物均没有不良影响。因此该菌株是有希望的防治植物根结线虫病的真菌。
64 samoles were collected from 32 diseased plant roots and soils caused by Melo-idogyne spp. in Hubei. After screening, two strains of fungal parasites were gottenwhich had stronger. ability to parasite Meloidogyne eggs. Their parasitic ratio tothe root knot eggs was 78.04% and 70.02% in concave slides and water agar plates,72.37% and 65.65% in pots. The effective hatchings in experimental containers wereonly 5.02% and 8.32%, and there were 100% in controls. Excessive fungal parasites(40% soil weight) in soils did not damage plants. The two strains are hopful bioticagents in root knot nematode managements.
