摘要
目的:测定、分析黑胸大蠊不同发育阶段氨基酸的含量,为黑胸大蠊的生物发育学研究及药用成分的研究奠定基础。方法:用高效液相色谱法测定氨基酸含量。结果:黑胸大蠊不同发育阶段均含有所测的15种氨基酸,但不同发育阶段氨基酸的含量不同,若虫期最高,卵次之,雄虫最少。结论:高效液相色谱法测定氨基酸含量为一快速、简便、成熟的方法;黑胸大蠊不同发育阶段氨基酸含量不同,雌雄间也有差异。
Objective: To determine and analyse the amino acids in Periplaneta fuliginosa during its different developmental stages, laying the foundation for the biological developmental and medicinal ingredient study of Periplaneta fuliginosa. Method: Determination of amino acids by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: Periploneta fuliginosa has 15 amino acids in different developmental stages but the content of the amino acids is different, the nymph of the highest, followed by eggs, the male at least. Conclusion: Determination of amino acids by high performance liquid chromatography is a quick, simple, and credible method. Amino acid content of Periplcmeta fuliginosa is different during its different develoomental stages and there are differences between male and female.
