摘要
为了提高自然吸气式多点喷射单燃料压缩天然气(CNG)发动机怠速工况时转速和空燃比综合控制的稳态和动态效果,设计了一种怠速模糊控制策略,介绍了控制算法的设计过程。利用M atlab/S imu link建立了整个怠速系统仿真模型,并进行控制算法的开发和测试,仿真结果证明,该仿真模型能够正确反映出发动机转速和空燃比的各种变化过程,控制算法具有较好的控制效果。最后发动机台架试验表明,该控制策略使怠速稳态、脱离和进入怠速的瞬态工况下的转速和空燃比都得到了精确的控制,提高了怠速品质,对发动机参数的变化具有一定的鲁棒性。
To improve the stable and dynamic characteristic of engine idling speed and control the air-fuel ratio for air-breathing multi-Point injection compressed natural gas (CNG) engine, a fuzzy control strategy of idling condition is designed, and the details of design procedure of the control strategy is given. Using the software of Matlab/Simulink, a simulation model of idling is established and the control arithmetic is developed. The simulation results show that the simulation model of idling can correctly and effectively reflect the variation processes of engine speed and air-fuel ratio. Bench test show that this method can control the idling and the dynamic states with good robustness to the variation of engine parameter.
