摘要
通过测量材料阻尼因子,对复合阻尼材料薄壁件的降噪机理进行了研究。通过比较普通钢板油底壳的阻尼特性与复合阻尼油底壳的阻尼特性之间的区别,说明了复合阻尼油底壳的优越性。通过考察频率、温度和润滑油的存在及多少等对复合阻尼油底壳的阻尼因子的影响,给出了复合阻尼油底壳的最佳使用条件,对复合阻尼罩壳在两台内燃机上安装测试,结果表明,高速情况存在润滑油温度过高导致噪声增加的现象出现,说明了上述机理分析的正确性。
By measuring the attenuation factors of composite vibration damping steel plates, the mechanism in reducing vibration is investigated. The superiority of damping oil pan is revealed when comparing damping characteristic of steel oil pan and composite vibration damping oil pan. The influencing factors, such as frequency, temperature and oil, are studied and an optimum condition for the composite vibration damping oil pan is presented. Using the damping oil pan, sound power level of a diesel engine was measured. The result shows that the sound power level increases at high speed due to an increase in the oil temperature and this phenomenon shows the correctness in the mechanism analysis.
