摘要
本文研究了虚拟设计的方法在降低发动机表面振动方面的应用。以 6108G型柴油机机体为例对机体表面的振动情况进行了预测,从振动幅度和振动能量的观点对预测结果进行了评价,并提出了降低机体振动的改进方案,改进后机体裙部和轴承座的振动特性得到了明显的改善,显示了虚拟设计方法在发动机结构改进方面的优势。
The application of virtual design method in terms of reduction of engine vibration has been studied. Based on the 6108G diesel engine block, the prediction of vibration on the block surface is performed, and the results are analyzed by the viewpoint of vibrational magnitude and vibrational energy. To optimize the vibrational characteristic the improving scheme is presented, that greatly improved the vibrational characteristic of block skirt and bearing seats. It is a good representation for engine structure improving.
