摘要
本研究的福建省12所高校图书馆员问卷调查显示:图书馆人才隐性流失问题较为突出。高学历、低职称且有专业技术优势的青年群体是人才隐性流失高发人群。调查数据还凸显出高校图书馆员的八大特点及人才隐性流失的社会、职业和管理机制等成因。基于调查结果,研究者建议:图书馆应积极构建立体和谐氛围、人文激励机制和馆员自我提升平台,引导馆员制定职业发展规划、培养自我效能感、增强心理调适能力,力求有效预防和缓解人才隐性流失。
Findings from a questionnaire survey on librarians in 12 colleges and universities in Fujian show that a recessive brain takes heavy toll on libraries. Junior librarians with good credentials, are most likely to quit their jobs. Statistics also highlight 8 characteristics of college and university librarians and the contributing social, professional and managerial retain talented people, libraries should endeavor factors of the brain drain. To reverse the brain drain and to establish a harmonious working environment, introduce an incentive mechanism, create a platform for the self-promotion of librarians, involve librarians in career development planning, cultivate self-effectiveness, and enhance their psychological adaptation.
