摘要
在高精度伺服控制系统中,光电编码器测量位置和速度信息的精度直接影响系统的跟踪精度。基于增量式光电编码器测量的基本原理,比较了各种测量转速的方法,设计实现了具有鉴相、倍频、计数功能的IP核,该IP核同时可以设定计数上下限,方便在位置检测中使用。适用于使用增量式光电编码器测量的场合,具有一定的通用性。
The photo-electric encoder is widely used in the servocontrol system with highly accuracy, and its degree of ac- curacy on the position measurement and the velocity measurement can affect the tracking accuracy remarkably. In this pa- per, we discuss the principle of the incremental photo-electric encoder, and compare the methods of the measurements of the velocity, finally we design an IP core used in the FPGA, which can discriminate the phase, double frequency, count, and so on. Further more, we can set the threshold in the IP core, this will be used expediently in the measurement of the position. This IP core can be transplanted and modified for many design using the photo-electric encoder.
